Coach Lai
Started with Wushu at the age of 9 years old, western boxing , Sanda, judo and finally to MuayThai.
Coach Lai graduated from Zhang Zhou Hospital of Fujian China, Orthopaedic department in 1993. Long track record in training & cultivating up a long history of Wushu and San Shou (free style kickboxing) Champions locally. Garnered gold medals for both Wushu pattern as well as San Shou (free style kickboxing) competitions held at National level. Full time Chinese Orthopedic Physician for the past 14 years.
Skills range from:
- Awarded the Instructor’s license for Muaythai, Wushu and San Shou (free style kickboxing) by the Singapore Martial Arts Control Unit since 1994.
- Very first person in Singapore to conduct Muaythai Classes to the SAF, through the 10th Singapore Infantry Brigade’s 21st Anniversary celebration.
